• Coding & Full-Stack Web Development ( We are currently working on our proprietary system project with our participants)

• IRC §501(c)(3) — We follow nonprofit standards even though we’re exempt from applying

• IRS Publication 1828 — Confirms we can fundraise, teach, and sell legally

• IRS Publication 526 — Ms. Renee can donate her business income to support our mission

• New York NPCL (Not-for-Profit Corporation Law) — Allows us to teach, sell, and serve under state protections

• Executive Law Article 7-A — We register and report so our donors know we’re trustworthy

 Program Access & Annual Contribution

 

All EFSY.org programs are free to the public—because we believe every future coder, investigator, and STEM innovator deserves access to joyful, mission-driven education.

 

Beginning in 2025, we ask our enrolled participants to contribute $25.00 annually. This small, documented contribution helps us:

 

• Build mobile classrooms and mobile stations

• Teach in NYPL and BPL libraries across all five boroughs

• Produce educational content and podcasts

• Support remote and virtual instruction

• Uphold full compliance with federal and state laws

 

 

Every dollar is documented, reconciled, and mission-aligned.

🔧 How We Operate

 

• Ms. Renee earns income from her separate business while going through MWBE certification to bid with the city and state of New York.

• She voluntarily contributes her time to teach several proprietary methods in STEM education and using those methods from two distinct brands. She uses a variety of suppliers for her teaching methods and uses the income to operate her Library & Remote Service to teach for EFSY.org and other proprietary methods.

• EFSY use those funds to:•  Build mobile classrooms and mobile stations

• Produce Multimedia Educational Instructional Content

•  Engage in outdoor teaching events teaching on-the-spot 

• Use branded educational materials to teach online, remotely, and in-person.

• Teach in NYPL and BPL libraries across all five boroughs

• Produce educational content and podcasts

• Teach remotely and virtually
